Production process of injection and infusion solution consists of the following stages:

• preparation of raw material, water and PE granules for primary package;
• solution preparation and filtration;
• manufacture, filling and sealing of bottles and ampoules with the solution on the Bottlepack® Rommelag ® filling machine;
• cap welding on the KSM- type 964-2 Rommelag ® machine;
• sterilization of bottles (ampoules) with the solution;
• bottles’ (ampoules’) leak test;
• finished product labelling and packaging.

Innovative  Rommelag equipment allows to make production 100% automatic at each stage excluding human factor and contact of bottle or ampoule with the environment. It ensures  high product sterility, high safety for patients and economic benefits for company’s clients.

A new production site has got two lines arranged for manufacture of the following parenteral products:

• infusion products;
• injection products.
